MEDICAL ASSOCIATES OF RESTON (MAR) is a Group Medical Practice with special expertise in Preventive Medicine and Primary Care. We provide complete and comprehensive health care for adults and adolescents 13 years or older. In addition to Primary Medical care we are a Travel Medicine and International Vaccine Center. 	Pap Smears for the detection of cervical cancers and diseases Pulmonary Function Tests for the evaluation of Asthma, Emphysema, and chronic obstructive Pulmonary Disease EKG and stress testing including Echocardiography Stress Testing for the detection of heart disease and coronary artery diseases		Immunizations including Yellow Fever and other travel vaccinations Colonoscopies, Upper Endoscopies, and Flexible Sigmoidoscopies for Colon and other cancers and diseases of the stomach and intestine Audiometry for the detection of hearing loss Ultrasound evaluations Noninvasive Cardiological Exams to evaluate for Congestive Heart failure, Hypertensive Heart Disease and Cardiomyopathies

We offer a medically supervised skin-care program, which can improve the appearance of your skin by screening for skin cancer, performing biopsies when indicated, and addressing: Coarse texturing, Scarring, Sun Damage, and Acne Discoloration.
